Terms of Service

1. What FillRun is

FillRun helps vending machine operators track warehouse stock, purchases, operator fill runs, and related business data. FillRun works alongside your existing point-of-sale/telemetry provider (such as Nayax) — it does not process card payments made by your customers at your machines, and it is not a payment processor for that purpose.

2. Accounts and plans

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Each plan (Solo, Operator, Fleet) has its own machine and user limits, described on our pricing page. We may adjust these limits with notice.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by users you invite.

3. Trials and billing

• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup, but you are not charged until the trial ends.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the price shown for your selected plan at the time of signup.
• Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
• We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

4. Your data

You own the business data you enter into FillRun (products, stock levels, purchases, sales records, and similar). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect it. If you cancel your account, your data is retained for a reasonable period in case you return, then deleted — it is not destroyed immediately or sold.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FillRun for any unlawful purpose, or to store data you don't have the right to store.
• Attempt to access another tenant's data, bypass plan limits, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without our written agreement.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep FillRun available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — we may need to take the platform down for maintenance or due to issues outside our control. Support response times and priority vary by plan, as described on our pricing page.

7. Liability

FillRun is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, don't pay for an active subscription, or pose a security risk to the platform or other tenants — we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you first except where immediate action is necessary.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you (by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use FillRun after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
